JR Makeup Class is owned by JR Stage Pte Ltd. The company is a registered People’s Association (PA) Training Provider. JR Stage was started by Shue Jie Yi and Rezani Ramli both of whom are trained and highly experienced in makeup artistry. Both Jie Yi and Rezani have skills ranging from basic makeup to makeup effects and prosthetic productions. Read what participants said our our makeup classes here. Rezani Ramli

Rezani is one the most versatile Makeup Artist in Singapore. She specialises in all makeup categories including bridal, facepainting, makeup effects and prosthetic productions. She is part of the winning team for Best Makeup category at Maya Film Award 2013 held in Indonesia in year 2013. This was for a blockbuster biopic movie on Indonesia’s third President, BJ Habibie “Habibie & Ainun”.
Rezani was also part of the makeup team for a Hollywood movie “Blackhat” starring Chris Hemworth. She was appointed by NYX Cosmetics L.A as the Brand’s Representative and Product Trainer for Sephora Beauty Advisors in Singapore and Malaysia from 2013 to 2015.
In 2011, Rezani was awarded a recognition by CozyCot’s as the top 100 Most Loved Beauty Professional in Singapore. Rezani is trained and certified in airbrush makeup and doing lifecasting.
Rezani is also the Head of Makeup at Makeover Magix and a sub-committee member of Hair & Cosmetology Association Singapore (HACOS). Rezani recently worked with HACOS for the launch of the Beauty Services Competency Framework in Singapore. She is currently working with HACOS and NTUC U FSE (Freelance Division) to launch initiatives and courses to help uplift the makeup artist industry in Singapore.

Shue Jie Yi

With a wide range of makeup expertise and more than ten years experience in the industry, Jie Yi graduated with a Diploma in Makeup Artistry at Cosmoprof Makeup Academy in 2008 and has made countless brides beautiful on their wedding days. She is no stranger to magazines and fashion shows and has her works published in magazines such as SCENE magazine and FHM. She has also teamed up with Korean hairstylist, Edward Kim from Dusol Beauty Singapore for the Wella Trend Vision Hair competition and was in top 8 makeup artists in the FreshKon Mosaic Lookbook competition 2011.
Jie Yi also specialises in special effects and creative makeup. She has completed the prosthetics makeup course in the renowned Cinema School of Makeup in Los Angeles. Her special effects makeup are showcased during the Universal Studios Singapore Halloween night and the Zombie race Singapore.
Jieyi is a sub-committee member of Hair & Cosmetology Association Singapore (HACOS).
